Weight loss snack : MAKHANA BHEL || How to make makhana bhel ?
. Roasted Makhana- 50 gms
2. Onion – 1 small (chopped)
3. Tomato – 1 small (chopped)
4. Cucumber – 1 small (chopped)
6. Chat masala – as per taste
7. Fresh coriander- 1 tbsp (chopped)
8. Lemon Juice – 1 tbsp (optional)
9. Pink salt- as per taste
10. Moong Sprouts -1/4 Cup (optional)
11. Roasted Cumin Powder – 1 tbsp
12. Oregano – 1 tbsp
To begin the makhana salad recipe, dry roast the makhana and chop all the veggies.
Now in a bowl, mix cucumber, onion, and then tomatoes.
Then, add on moong sprouts and squeeze lemon.
After that, sprinkle salt, cumin powder, chat masala, and oregano also.
Further, add coriander leaves and give them a fine mix.
Now add makhana and sprinkle black pepper on it.
Then, mix everything well.
Finally, enjoy the delicious snack with your family !
