Today I will be sharing with you four healthy meal ideas. All of these are less than 500 calories per person or 1 syn if you are following Slimming World.

All the meals in this video are slimming world friendly.

1. One Pot Chilli – 0 syns pp – 451 cals
250g quorn
1 red pepper
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
tin tomatoes
250g rice
handful of green beans

2. Bacon & Tomato One Pot Pasta – 0 syns 484 cals
300g pasta
1/2 tsp crushed chilli
2 garlic cloves
1 red pepper
1 broccolli
tin chopped tomatoes
veg stock cube
4 bacon

3. Sri Lankan Curry – 1.5 syns – 404 cals
1 cauliflower
200g butternut squash
tin of light coconut milk
cup of peas
2 onions
2 garlic cloves
200ml veg stock
1 tbsp lime jiuce
corriander and tomato to serve
Rice to serve

4. Chicken Fried Rice – 0 syns – 492 cals
cup of rice
Lime juice
Soy sauce
2 red peppers
1 tbsp ginger
2 chillis
2 garlic cloves
1 onion
4 chicken breasts
sliced water chestnuts
baby corn and mange tout
