This nutritious and healthy raw (green) banana tikki is an easy recipe to prepare and a healthy snack for your kids and all age groups. Here, I have used low calorie raw banana with fibre rich oats. This tikki has healthy oats which is best for those who are health conscious.
Ingredients :
1 cup Raw (Green Banana) – Boiled and Mashed
1/2 cup powdered oats for the mixture
1/2 cup powdered oats for the coating
1 tsp roasted cumin seeds powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 cup Chopped capsicum
1/2 cup Chopped onion
Chopped Coriander Leaves
1 tsp chopped green chillies
Oil
Salt as per taste
