Ingredients:
1. SWEET CORN – 200 gm (boiled)
2. CUCUMBER – 1 (chopped)
3. TOMATO – 1 (chopped)
4. CARROT – 1 (chopped)
5. ONION – 1 (chopped)
6. CAPSICUM – 2 tbsp (chopped)
7. GREEN CHILLI – 1 (chopped)
8. GINGER – 1 inch (chopped)
9. BEETROOT – 2 tbsp (chopped)
10. CORIANDER – 2 tbsp (finely chopped)
11. SPINACH – 8 to 10 pieces (blanched)
12. LEMON – 1
13. OLIVE Oil – 1 tbsp
14. BLACK PEPPER – ½ tsp
15. SALT to TASTE

Method:
Boil the corn for 5 – 10 minutes.
Blanch the spinach leaves for 2 minutes and give them the Ice-Bath.
Chopped all vegetables.
Add all the ingredients of the salad into a bowl.

Dressing preparation:
Add 1 lemon juice in a bowl
Add 1 tbsp Olive oil
Add ½ tsp Black Pepper
Add ½ tsp Salt (as per taste)
Mix well

Add the dressing into the salad bowl.
Mix it Properly.

Your Healthy Salad is ready.
