INGREDIENTS (Serves 1) – 430 Calories per portion
160g Chicken Breast
1/4 Onion Diced
1 Garlic Clove or Lazy Garlic
Handful of Frozen Peas
1/2 Red/yellow/green Pepper Sliced
50g Uncooked Rice
200-300ml Chicken Stock
Spray Olive Oil
20g Nandos Medium Sauce (I found this quite spicy for me so next time I’d use 10g – depends on the amount of heat you like)
1 tbsp Tomato Puree
Seasoning for Chicken – 1 tsp Oregano, 1 tsp Paprika plus Salt & Pepper
