Pak choi is a green leafy vegetable also known as chinese cabbage, which has a pungent smell like mustard leaves but a super healthy one full of rich nutrients like iron, vitamins…it’s said to be anti cancerous.
this is my first attempt at making this healthy food in my kitchen as this was not easily available in Delhi. however, here in Mumbai it’s easily available and i made it with rice….
made it stir frying keeping it simple and yes, i finished my full plate…

INGREDIENTS NEEDED
1 bunch Pak Choi
1/4 capsicum sliced ( शिमला मिर्च )
8-10 garlic flakes ( लहसुन )
1-2 chopped green chilli (हरी मिर्च )
1 tbsp cooking oil
1/2 tsp white vinegar सिरका
1/4 tsp black pepper powder काली मिर्च
1/4 tsp sugar चीनी
1 tsp sesame seeds तिल
salt to taste नमक
