I have shared my favourite breakfast recipe: Simple healthy weight loss chia seeds pudding.
This is the best #breakfast recipe to start your day with since this is loaded with anti oxidants, fibre and high quality protein.
Ingredients used:
4 table spoon chia seeds
1 glass of coconut milk,
1 Banana
1 orange
3 walnuts chopped
10 raisins.
2 table spoon honey
Soak the chia seeds in coconut milk overnight or for an hour and top it with fruits and nuts. Enjoy this delicious and simple breakfast.
