GARLIC & HERB CHICKEN WRAP 😍 one of the many toasted wraps that have been consumed this week 🥲 the obsession is reaaaal. Save this for your next tasty high protein lunch!
Ingredients:
120g raw chicken breast cut into small cubes
1 garlic
Small handful of red onion
Handful of spinach
1 wrap
30g lightest cream cheese
25g grated mozzarella
Fry off the chicken along with the onion and garlic in a pan with some frylight until cooked through, then add in your spinach until it’s wilted.
Tip it all into a bowl along with the cream cheese and mozzarella and mix it all together along with some salt, pepper and Italian herbs.
Put the mix into the centre of the wrap, fold either side in and then roll it up.
Add some more frylight to the pan you just used and pop the wrap in for a few minutes on each side or until crispy.
Leave to cool for 5 mins or so and then dive in 🙊
