2 Ingredient Dough Personal Pizza (6pts WW PLAN)
Ingredients:
2/3 cup self rising flour
2/3 cup plain non fat greek yogurt
pinch of salt
1/3 cup part skim mozzarella cheese, shredded
1/4 cup canned tomato sauce (no sugar added, check can label!)
Italian Seasoning/Salt/Garlic Powder to taste for pizza sauce
*Combine flour, yogurt, salt to form a sticky dough ball. Flatten to 1/4″ thick onto a piece of parchment paper. Bake on a baking sheet, at 400 Degrees F for 5 min. After pre-bake, add tomato sauce & seasonings, mozzarella, and any other toppings to preference. Bake another 5-10 minutes, until cheese is melted and edges are slightly browned.
