Tofu Scramble with Veggies
Ingredients:
1/2 block of tofu
1/2 cup chopped spinach
1/4 cup chopped bell peppers
1/4 cup chopped onions
1 tbsp nutritional yeast
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Crumble the tofu in a bowl.
In a pan, sauté the chopped spinach, bell peppers, and onions until softened.
Add the crumbled tofu to the pan and sprinkle with nutritional yeast, salt, and pepper.
Cook until heated through.
