This is my first healthy and sweet recipe..
Time of preparation: 5-6 mins
Ingredients used:
1. Roasted sheerkurma seviyan/vermicille: 150gms
2. Melted ghee: 3 tablespoon
3. Jaggery: 80 gms
4. Mixed dry fruits : 50 gms
(Badam, Cashew nuts & Raisins)
Recipe:
1. Switch on the stove on medium flame and put on tea pan. Add jaggery to water and melt till it
2. Now take another pan and put the flame on low. Pour melted ghee and then add dry fruits till it gets brown in color
3. Take out all dry fruits from pan and add seviyan to remaining ghee
4. Cook the seviyan for 2-3 mins and then add jaggery water to it
5. After it gets soft then add dry fruits and serve it hot
