Are you searching for a healthy delicious lunch idea that is also high in protein? Try this tofu quinoa bowl recipe. It includes nourishing ingredients like spinach, tomatoes, bell pepper, tofu, and quinoa. You can also add other vegetables or substitute the ingredients I used.

For the sauce you need the following:
– 1/4 cup soy sauce
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 tbsp sesame oil
– 2 tbsp agave syrup or other sweetener
– 1 tsp minced garlic

Note 1: This sauce is for 400g of tofu. The reason why we made so much marinade is that the tofu was marinated nicely. You can save the remaining sauce that you won’t use for another meal. 🙂

Note 2: If you’re making a bowl only for yourself you can save the rest of the tofu for later.

Note 3: The amount of sauce you put in a pan is up to you. I used around half of it. I don’t recommend using the whole amount because the tofu will come out too soft. You can also use just a bit of it, so it gives your tofu more taste.

This recipe is dairy-free, egg-free and vegan.
