Banana Dosai Recipe:Banana (Diced) – 3 nos
Coconut (Grated) – ½ Cup
Cardamom Powder – ½ tsp
Brown Sugar – ½ Cup
Baking Powder – ½ tsp
Pistachio (Chopped) – 1 tbsp
Whole Wheat Flour (Atta) – ¾ Cup
Milk – ¾ Cup
Instructions:
1. In a mixing bowl add all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until thoroughly combined
2. In a non-stick Tawa add the batter and brush the edges with ghee
3. Cook on a low flame for 1 minute and while still undercooked add chopped pistachios to the dosa and flip
4. Cook for a minute more and serve hot
