This is one of my favorite desserts – Banana Walnut cake. When people think about sweets they think about high calories and weight gain. But for people like me who have a sweet tooth, finding a way around it was necessary. This is why I’ve come up with this healthy weight-loss snack option that is Banana Walnut Cake.

You can eat this cake even during weight loss. It is packed with the goodness and sweetness of bananas. Walnuts are one of the richest sources of healthy fats and Omega-3 Fatty acids which boost your brain function. This snack will go well with your diet and you can lose weight while consuming this.

You don’t need to cut out sweets from your diet to lose weight. But you do need to replace those sweets with healthier options. You can eat sweets such as my banana walnut cake or the whey protein custard I regularly make. You can eat anything until you control the portion size and macro content.
