**Please note I use all organic ingredients*
INGREDIENTS:
(salad)
2-3 cups of lettuce
1-4 oz. beef burger
1 sliced sweet onion
1 half of an avocado
(dressing)
1 cup of organic garlic-infused olive oil
1/2 cup of organic balsamic vinegar
12 pitted kalamata olives
1 teaspoon of pink sea salt
1/2 teaspoon of black pepper
DIRECTIONS:
1.) Caramelize one sliced onion low and slow with a little bit of olive oil and a pinch of pink sea salt, the longer the better on this!
2.) Salt and pepper to taste your beef patty and cook on each side for 2-3 minutes on a medium heat.
3.) Next, mix up your dressing ingredients in a blender for about 30 seconds.
4.) Slice some fresh avocado to top the salad with.
5.) Build your salad with the lettuce, burger, onions, avocado slices and dressing!
