Satisfy Your Cravings with These Protein-Packed Millet Potato Patties

In this video, I’ll be showing you how to make my delicious Millet Potato Patties. This simple recipe calls for cooked Millet, potatoes, peas, spinach, and a blend of spices. By combining these ingredients and shaping them into patties, you’ll have a mouthwatering dish ready in no time.

To ensure a well-blended mixture, I’ll be grating the potatoes and adding the spices to them. Optionally, you can also include chopped green chilies for an extra kick. Chaat Masala, a tangy blend of spices with dry mango powder and black salt, will enhance the flavors. The Millet acts as a binder, so make sure to add the right amount to maintain the perfect consistency.

Additionally, I’ll be incorporating pumpkin seeds for added texture and essential fatty acids. Once baked, these patties turn golden brown, have a delightful crunch, and are bursting with amazing flavors. Not only are they delicious, but they are also high in protein, fiber, iron, and vitamin K. Turmeric provides anti-inflammatory benefits, making this recipe even more beneficial for your health.

To complement the patties, I highly recommend serving them with my Tangy Sweet Mango Salsa. The salsa pairs perfectly with the patties, adding a tangy and sweet element to each bite. These patties are versatile and can be enjoyed for breakfast or in various ways – in wraps, sandwiches, on top of salads, or in grain bowls. Feel free to garnish them with hot sauce, chutney, or any condiments you prefer.

This recipe is gluten-free, dairy-free, and nut-free, making it suitable for a wide range of dietary preferences. With the minimal cooking time required, you can easily whip up this delicious dish within 30 to 40 minutes. Give it a try and indulge in a nutritious and satisfying meal. Thank you for watching, and I look forward to sharing more recipes with you soon.
