Let’s make protein roti, which is made from soya chunks. In single roti will get only 80 calories and 6.7gm proteins. This is the best substitute for regular roti.

Ingredients
Soya chunks-50gm
Besan-40gm
Onion-40gm
Coriander leaves
Garlic
Turmeric powder
Garam masala
Salt
Oi-10ml
Method
In a bowl add water and cook soya chunks for 5 mins.
Wash it and squeeze excess water.
In chopper add soya chucks, coriander leaves, garlic, onion and chop it finely.
Now add this mixer to bowl add apices and salt, besan, mix well.
Now heat the tawa take the batter and spread it on tawa.
Now cook both sides add some oil top of it.
Enjoy healthy high protein soya roti is ready to serve.
