Ingredients;
1/2 cup green moong dal(split)
2 tbsp rice
2 green chillies chopped
1 medium size onion chopped
salt to taste
Method;
soak dal and rice for minimum 4 hours. Then grind soaked dal,rice with onion,green chillies and salt using less water.batter is ready.heat up a dosa pan.take ladlefull of dosa batter on tawa and spread in a circular motion.apply oil.when it gets light brown,remove it from tawa.serve with coconut chutney or sauce.
