Today we prepared a healthy recipe that is carrot rice it is very tasty…..
Ingredients:-
Mustard seeds – 1tsp
Cumin – 1tsp
Urdal – 1tsp
Cashewnuts – 1tsp
Groundnuts – 2tbsp
Channa dal – 1tbsp
Ginger-garlic paste – 1tsp
Green chillies – 5/6
Onions – 1cup
Salt as per taste
Turmeric powder – 1tsp
Chilli powder – 1&1/2tsp
Grated Carrot – 2cups
Boiled rice – 2cups
