This is a quick and easy healthy salad recipe made with freshly sprouted mung bean with finely chopped vegetables and fruits.
It is an ideal weight loss which is made by just mixing the ingredients without any cooking process involved.
This recipe is very tasty option for people of diet & weight loss.
This salad can be perfectly shared as a side dish to your breakfast, lunch, dinner or can be served as it is.
Ingredients :-
Sprouted mung beans – 1 cup (boiled for 1 whistle in pressure cooker with half cup of water)
Finely chopped Onion – 1 medium
Grated Carrot – 1 medium
Finely chopped Tomato – 1 medium
Finely chopped Coriander leaves – 1/4 cup
Pomegranate seeds – 1/4 cup
Lemon juice – 1/2 a lemon
Salt to taste
Pepper powder – 1/4 tsp
Olive oil – 2 tbs
In a large bowl, add all the ingredients and mix till well combined.
