To Make Oats Cutlet
Rolled Oats – 1 Cup
Potato – 2 Nos
Peas – 1/4 Cup
Chana Dal – 1/4 Cup
Onion – 1no.
Capsicum – 1/4 Cup
Carrot – 1 No.
Ginger
Green Chilli – 3 Nos
Coriander Leaves
Turmeric Powder – 1/2 Tsp
Red Chilli Powder – 1 Tsp
Garam Masala – 1 Tsp
Cumin Powder – 1 Tsp
Amchur Powder – 1 Tsp
Salt – 1 Tsp
Oil
Method:
Soak the chana dal for 1 hour
Pressure cook dal, potato and peas together
put them all in a bowl. Mix oats, onions, green chillies, coriander leaves, grated carrots, ginger, salt and spice powder.
Mix them all well.
Prepare them into cutlet
Pour oil for shallow frying in a pan.

I have shallow fried these cutlets but you can also bake them or air fry them if you want even less oil on them. You can enjoy these cutlets with tomato ketchup or mint coriander chutney.
