I highly recommend this salad. It is super simple but really tasty.

Ingredients:

1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 cup red bell pepper, diced
1/2 cup pomegranate arils
1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
1 cup olives, sliced
2 TSP fresh parsley or coriander, chopped

For the Dressing:
3 TSP olive oil
2 TSP pomegranate sauce
3 TSP fresh lemon juice
Salt, to taste
