RECIPE:
300 g oatmeal
1 egg
0/5 teaspoon baking powder
0/5 teaspoon cinnamon, vanilla, nutmeg, ginger
a pinch of salt
30ml vegetable oil
1-2 tablespoons sugar/substitute
1-2 sweet apples
1 medium carrot
40 g raisins
2 teaspoons honey

Knead all the dry ingredients, then add the wet ones, form into medium-sized balls, and bake in the oven for 15 minutes at 160C. Serve cold with a glass of warm milk or cocoa.
