All right here’s everything I’ve eaten today and I’ve lost 30 lbs so far so first is breakfast so we’re going to start off with some chia seeds oat milk you’re going to stir it and then let it sit for like 5 minutes and stir it again

And even though I’m dairyfree I do eat Greek yogurt then I do salt cinnamon Vanilla some Stevia brown sugar and honey and then I’m allergic to peanut butter so I do this like chickpea sunflower spread and so then the next day all you do is just take it out dump

It in a bowl and mix it up really well I added some granola now like way more crunch so I add some cornflakes cuz there less calories and a bunch of strawberries and don’t count the strawberries cuz to me those are zero calories so here next we’re going to do

Lunch so I’m going to roast some garlic and some bell peppers then I’m going to peel the skin out the bell peppers remove the seeds add to a food processor with the garlic add some paprika cumin salt pepper olive oil tahini and lemon juice if you haven’t guessed we making

Hummus so yeah I just blend all that up and I eat that with some chicken and some roasted carrots and last I made some cauliflower fried rice with egg whites and then orange chicken and that’s it and if I want something sweet afterwards I’ll do like some hot tea or something like that
