High-protein Oatmeal without Protein Powder .
A quick and healthy meal with very low calories and a lot of protein. An ideal meal for those who want to regulate their body weight.
This recipe is gluten-free & contains about 20g protein.
You could add some Greek yogurt on top for even more protein.

The egg add some protein to the oatmeal and give it a fluffy texture.
This is cooked in the microwave in just a 3 minutes .

Ingredients:
40 gr (gluten-free) oats
1 tablespoon chia seeds
2 large egg whites
200 almond milk
1 teaspoon cinnamon
2 teaspoon maple syrup
Raspberries

Toppings:
Unsweetened peanut butter
Raspberries /fruit of choice
pistachios

1. Mix all the ingredients together
2. Let sit for about 10 minutes to let the chia seeds soak
3. Microwave for 3 minutes in total, stirring every 30-60 seconds. You might need to add a bit more milk when the oatmeal is cooked if it’s too thick. You could also cook it on the stove if you don’t have a microwave.
4. Add the toppings and enjoy!
