Hi everyone welcome back to my channel I thought I’d do a little bit of an introduction um to this Vlog basically I have cooked some recipes from the sliming world app that I got um got from and here are some of them and you could probably use them for dinners Maybe

Lunches as well um but yeah I thought I would share how I make them what I need like what ingredients and the method and everything of how you cook these meals and they’re all Swimming World so I’m not going to say sliming World friendly because they are sliming World meals um

So yeah I hope you enjoy and here’s the first one right I don’t feel like doing this but I need to do it I’m going to make some swim and World potato and leak soup here’s all my ingredients I don’t think I’ve got Bay Lea well I haven’t got bay

Leaves and it said fresh chives and I’ve only got this chives so let’s start prepping to make this oh the leaks are going to go soon that’s why I need to do it now right I’m going to chop up this large onion and I’m going to grate the

Um garlic it’s all going to go in there with 150 mil of the stock that I’m just about to make so let’s chop This all right so in here I’ve put all the chopped up onion the grated garlic we’re not big garlic fans so it’s probably not even one garlic and 150 mil of this stock and that’s just um vegetable stock Cube you can use that or chicken and you’ve got to let that boil

Up and then cook that for about 5 minutes and then in the meant time I’m going to peel the Potatoes right I have diced the potatoes and now I’ve got DIC um finally Shred the leaks and put them in here the rest of the Stop and the mixed H right so it’s all in I’ve mixed it all up everything’s in normally well what you would do now is cook it for put it make sure it is boiling cook it for 25 minutes or until everything’s soft basically and then when that’s done if you have bay leaves you’ll discard them

Then but I haven’t got bay leaves and then Blitz it up and then put in your yogurt from AR Fray or whatever and then you can serve so here’s it’s um not done and then next time you see It’ll be done it’s nearly there got about 4 minutes

And I’m going to Blitz it all up I won’t show you that cuz I’ll get in a mess if I’m trying to record It N and there it is it’s all done I don’t know if there’s going to be any any little bits but at the end of the day it doesn’t really matter but yum how yummy does that look let’s do a little taste test it’s very hot though right get a little bit

M bearing in mind I haven’t got the formage frey or Greek yogurt in it but that make it a little bit creamier but I’m going to Dish myself up some and I’ll put some um fromage Frain I’m actually going to just put a little bit

Of yogurt in um I don’t really want to pull it all in it all in all of that at the moment in case Mark don’t like it right so just put a little bit in I’ve Stir It All In just spill it and I’ll try that right here is chicken and mushroom

Risoto it is from the sliming world um app I’ve got the recipe ingredients sorry and then I’ve got the how to make it the method so I’ve got all the um ingredients here I can’t speak and then um yeah let’s get cooking and I’ll go through what sorry for the noise

But what I need to do first I need to dice up the chicken and I need need to take all the fat off and cut all this up into strips and I need to spray some fry light and cook that um probably for about two well chicken

First 2 minutes add the bacon and then make make sure it’s all cooked and drain any excess Back Right too noisy in here so I’m going to put some fright in the pan and I’m going to put the chicken cut into small strips into the pan cook them for 2 minutes then I will cut my bacon up cut all that up and put that in after

So that’s done that’s all the fat and that’s going to be going into it taking this cooking nicely put all that in now now to peel and Grate the cerc I really didn’t like peeling that salc now I’ve got to grate it and I’m not looking forward to doing that

Either now it’s all grated the ciac hate doing that then I put the onion and the grated garlic in I did do a mistake though I should have to put it in a sauce span so as you see I’ve changed it over to a sauce span and just cooked

That for about 10 minutes and then what I’m going to do I’m going to um put the stock in cook it no nail cook it for 10 minutes and then after that after I’ve cooked it for 10 minutes I’m going to um blend it up with a hand blender to make

The sauce so I can put my rice and everything in So now I’m going to put my mushrooms and my rice in and this here comes the tedious part I have to cook this for 25 minutes constantly stirring it because it’s risoto rice isn’t it so that’s all Blended up now I am going to put the

Rice and the mushrooms in and I have to cook it um I have to Stir It continuously for 25 minutes I really didn’t enjoy that but that’s the recipe I don’t think I’ll be doing that again very soon but yeah it was it was it was it was all

Right so I’m going to mix it all up now and like I said um just keep stirring it for 25 minutes and gradually it will get done so here it is getting thicker and thicker so I know I actually done it right and look it’s cooked so what I’m

Going to do now I’m going to put the cooked bacon and chicken I did and the spinach mix it all up and then you have to leave it for 10 minutes covered then I’m going to put the quark and the 3 tablespoons of Fage Fray no you my quarin and a couple of

Tablespoons of yogurt so it’s all mixed in and hopefully Mark will like it Mark will like it’s nice hopefully and here it is all dished up and it was very yummy Mark wasn’t he liked it but not the spinach but I loved it and it’s Sim free yum

Yum right here is my next recipe I’m making again all on the sing world is chicken and ham hot pot and I’ve just noticed I’ve got to do this small cerc peeled and grated and I’ve done that yesterday with um the risoto and I really didn’t

Like doing that and I I done it as I was cooking so this time I’m just going to prep some of my veg so I don’t have to um be doing it while everything’s cooking and Al also it says four skin and boneless chicken breast cut into

Strips I’m actually going to I’ve got some um chicken thighs with skin on but I’ll obviously take the skin off and I’m going to cook them separately just put them in the oven and they’ll be ready just to I can just pull into strips in

Um so yeah I think the rest of it I’m probably going to do the rest of the um veg prep before I start doing it so I will peel and Grate the s IC the onions I’ve got um Frozen so I’ll use that garlic cloes don’t take long cuz I

Can just put them through the um grater and dice the carrots and dice the leak and finally chopped spring onions so yeah I’m going to do all that I’m going to prep all that before I start actually cooking it so here are the um chicken FES so so I’m going to just

Stick them on a tray put them in the oven and cook them so they’re going to just go into the oven and I’m going to cook them for about 30 Minutes Right I’ve prepped all the vegetables apart from the spring onions but that don’t go in straight away um there’s grated cerc there’s the celery and carrot and there’s all the potatoes finally chopped I’ve just I’ll be putting the the the garlic in but I’m going to just um grate that with a little

Grater the chicken is cooked like bear in mind it’s normally chicken breast um but I will be taking all the skin off so that’ll be all taken off and then when that’s cool I can cut it into strips so now my first thing I’m going to do I’m

Going to put the potatoes on to boil for about 4 minutes and then I have to take them off and let them cool down so let’s do that first just gave them a quick wash to get all the starch off and I’m going to put them on to boil for 4

Minutes right the potatoes have now got to cool down done the chicken took the took the the skin off so I’ve just got to wait for that to um cool down as well now the same pan as the potatoes I put some fry light in so obviously it’s still quite warm then

I’m going to add my onions which are the frozen ones my cerc and my garlic I then mix it all up cook it for about 10 minutes and if it sticks I add a splash of water so I’m going to mix all this up for 10 minutes right so while

The CC onion and Garlic’s cooking I’ve just chopped up my onions let’s getting there right I’m now going to pour the 500 mil of stock in and oh bit of the stock still there and then what I’m going to do mix it up and then you simmer it on a

Low heat for 15 minutes right so now I’m going to Blitz it like I did yesterday so I won’t show you all that again I’ll Blitz it all up and then I’ll come back that’s all Blended up hopefully there might be a few little bits but I don’t

Think think it’s going to hurt the majority of it it’s all Blended now what we are going to do we’re going to add the leaks and the carrots mix all that up and then that will down the heat For 10 minutes that’s the rest of it that I’m going to be doing so when that is cooked um I think I’m going to be putting the I’m going to put the spring onions the quark and the yogurt in mix that up then I put the chicken and ham in and

Then we put it in the um casserole dish oven proof dish and put the potatoes now I’m going to put the Quark the yogurt and the spring onions in going to mix all this up and then after this is mixed up I’m putting in the chicken and

Ham and then going to put it in an oven proof dish and put all the potatoes on top of it there all mixed up what it looks like and now I’m going to put all the potato on top I’ll come back to you when that’s

Done so it’s done spray fry light on top and I’m now going to put it in the oven for 30 minutes and it’s Done it might waiting for me to drop it it keeps spinning Around it’s actually just video I know that Marcus just ruined his dinner by putting horrible brown sauce over it which is running out of here it is all dished up for some reason the um it’s a bit runny but I think it’s all right it looks all right

So here’s the chicken and um hot pot with peas and broccoli right here is my next sliming World meal my recipe the only difference is I have have got potatoes but you are supposed to slice them and put them up like put them on like I did with the hot

Pot I’m not going to do that I’m literally going to make the Savory mins and I’m going to put that in the pan and cook it and I’m going to have like mesh with it so it’s not going to go on top so it’s slightly different but I’m still

Using all the same ingredients right what I’m going to do first I’m going to peel and chop up the potatoes to make the Mess Right I’ve carbed the carrots and onions after crying cutting the onions up um now I am going to spray some fry light into the sauce SP into the pan and cook brown the mins [Laughter] right so I’m going to do it a little bit different it’s is about cooking the mins

And then taking it out and then um cooking the carrots and the onions and then putting the stocking putting everything in now I’m not actually putting this into the oven so what I’m actually going to do I’m going to cook the mints then I’m going to actually add

The onions and the carrots with the mints in cook all that so all the carrots are soft then do then put the stocking and um the boiling water and then I’m going to cook it on the hob for about 20 30 minutes so it’s going to be like a Savory mint on the

Hob because I’m not putting the potatoes in the oven I’m just mashing them so that’s the difference it’s a lot easier it’s all in apart from the potatoes it’s a one kind dish so they’re cooking nicely it’s cooking nicely when it’s brown and I’m going to put the veggie so now all the

Apart from the peas I put frozen peas in but they will go in um when all this is softened so I’m going to just cook this for about 7 minutes and hopefully all the onion and carrots will soften right I’m going to now sprinkle in as much as one as I can

The stock cubes and then I’m going to pour in I think it’s 450 read it 450 M of boiling water then I’m going to mix it all up and I’m going to let that cook probably for about 20 minutes and the potatoes are on as well so I’m

Just going to let that c will cook right I’m going to now put some peas in right I just mashed the potatoes and I think it’s all ready there it is all done right here is another recipe it’s cheesy miny soup again it is a Swimming

World recipe this can be have for for lunch or you can have it I suppose for dinner cuz maybe you can put chicken in it or some type of meat but you deduct in if using I’m not using that cheese I’m just going to use normal cheese healthy J so here are the

Ingredients and I’m going to chop all the ingredients up before I do it and also the onion will be frozen so I don’t to do that so let’s Start Right the first stage of it is I spray sauce spon with fry light and let that get a bit War I’ve put my onion and carrot in the onion was frozen and I just keep that on stirring regularly on a medium heat for about 10 minutes then after that 10 minutes I’ve

Added the chopped KET and garlic and then I’m going to let that cook for about 5 minutes thinking know I’m going to um make up 1.2 L of vegetable St then put in the chopped tomatoes and the vegetable stock and then mix all that up give that a good mix and then what

You’re going to do you’re let going to let that boil and you’re going to simmer it for 15 Minutes right that’s been cooking for 15 minutes so now I’m I’m going to put in the oo pasta and then I’m going to cook it again for 10 minutes all right so now I’m going to put the cabbage in and then put the lid on and leave it for 4

Minutes right that’s done so so you take it off the heat and I’m stirring in 80 g of my lowfat cheese you you do have more cheese you have 100 um where is it 120 but you put it on when you’re serving it just mix it all

Up there it is hopefully yummy never had it before but it’s great for veget Arians cuz there’s no Mee in um so yeah and here it is all dished up for lunch right I thought I would give a review on all the food that um I cooked

This on this on this um Vlog first of all um the leak and potato soup that was very nice um always need to season it as well just to make sure because some people like it more peppery and it does taste a bit Bland if you don’t put the

Um pepper salt and pepper in the seasoning so that was really nice I enjoyed that for my lunches and Mark ate that as well and yeah he really lik that um what was next the risoto I loved the risoto it is really hard to cook um meaning you have to

Constant Le stay at the a SAU SP mixing it there is all different ways you can cook it sometimes you put the the um stock in like put a little bit in like I don’t know ladel worth cup worth mix it all up until it all goes and put another one in

Then put another one in but this one was you cooked it all like all the stock was there and you had to constantly stir it so yeah that was a bit of a pain I don’t think I’ll be doing that again not saying I didn’t like it but if you don’t

Mind standing there stirring it yeah my are make there is another recipe that I’ve got for Roto that you put in the oven so I might try that one so if I do I will do another like little recipe Vlog but I loved it I loved it even cold

I it cold as well because um I didn’t know at the time if if I could heit up PO but now I know cuz Emma um from Emma Swimming World at home told me that she always Heats her up in the microwave so I know it for next time so thank you

Emma um what was my next one I think it was the chicken and ham Hot Pot that was really yum really really yummy I really enjoyed that um the only thing with that is I I don’t know if I shouldn’t have washed the potatoes cuz it said waxy potatoes to take the starch off I’m not sure what happened when I cooked it the potatoes didn’t go as crispy as I wanted it to and I obviously didn’t want to keep it in too long cuz one we were

Hungry and two um I didn’t want to sort of like burn it like over cook it and things like that so I’m not sure what I did there it was still very yummy and I would definitely make that one again but I’m not sure what happened to that so

Yeah um but I would definitely have that again 100% that was really really nice and easy the thing is what what what I’ve noticed since right at the beginning of when I was sort of like cooking these videos for this Vlog was get all your vegetables prepped that’s

What I did wrong with the risoto cuz I was prepping them as I was cooking them so it was a bit of a pain um because I was getting a bit hot and flustered trying to obviously you didn’t see that on the Vlog but I wasn’t going to show

That but just prep all your veg that you need to cut because otherwise it’s a pain in the neck so that was that one um what else was there I think there was a Savory mince one that I done yesterday yeah yum that was so yum that like I

Said on the actual when I was doing it it was supposed to be um like the chicken and ham Hot Pot where I put the mints when I put all the mixture into the oven with the potatoes on top like slic like I did but I just didn’t want

To do that again I wanted something different I have cooked sa mint so many times um so I knew what I was doing there I did follow the recipe near enough um but I just didn’t um cook cook it in the oven and I had it

With mesh but the the actual um taste of it would have been exactly the same maybe I should have uh no actually it was all right because um I cut up the carrots a lot more and it wasn’t they weren’t El Dente they were were actually

Soft cuz I was worried that because I weren’t putting it in the oven for 40 minutes the carrots would still be hard but it wasn’t it was so yum and it was yum with no extra gravy and it was also and it was also very yum with the extra

Gravy as well but I didn’t have that because I didn’t want the extra sins um so that was really nice I really really enjoyed that uh and then the last one was soup that I had and that was very nice that was different I’ve never made something

Like that before um you could probably put in sort of chunks of chicken ham um some type of some type of meat chicken probably would be best like maybe shredded and that could be a nice dinner like a nice big bowl of that with chicken in cuz it’s got pastor and stuff

In um so that was very yum obviously I’ve just made that I made that today um I’ve had a little bowl um and that was really nice so I really like that as well so then there’s some um lunches there for me as well so any

Of them really you could have a like the Hot Pot the chicken hot pot we had for dinner and then I had me and Mark had some for lunch yesterday so any you you can make it up and have it lunchtime dinner time but I just don’t like

Leaving it too long maybe sort of 2 3 days um so I don’t really want to waste it but honestly it was all nice everything I ate was yummy I just not going to make that Roto again cuz I didn’t like cooking cooking it it might have probably been better again if

IID prepped all my veg but that was one of my first um apart from the chicken and leak soup that was one of my first recipes I did without prepping all the veg but all in all I really really enjoyed it so honestly is they were all
