Dalia Pongal:
• 1/2 cup Yellow Moong Dal
• 1 cup Daliya
• 1/2 tsp Cumin Seeds
• 1/2 tsp Black Pepper Powder
• A Pinch Of Hing
• 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder
• Handful Of Curry Leaves
• Salt To Taste
• 1/2 cup Carrot
• 2 tsp Ghee
• 3 cups Water

Dalia Bisi Bhele:
• 1 cup Daliya/Kolam Rice
• 1/2 cup Toor Dal
• Tamarind
• 15 Pearl Onions
• 4-5 Beans
• 2 Carrot
• 1 Potato
• Handful Of Peas
• 1 Tomato
• 1 Capsicum

Masala:
• 1/2 cup Dry Coconut Powder
• 1 tbsp Coriander Seeds
• 6-7 Red Chillies
• 2 tsp Chana Dal
• 1 tsp Urad Dal
• 1/2 tsp Fenugreek
• 1 inch Cinnamon Stick
• 2 Cloves
• 1 Cardamom
• 1 tsp Khus Khus

Seasoning:
• 1 tsp Mustard Seeds
• 1/4 tsp Fenugreek Seeds
• Curry Leaves
• 1/4 tsp Hing
