This week.. I was running low on food in my house so I am showing you how to make some good meals without much in the house, and also how batch cooking can save you so much time in the week 🙂
CHARLOTTE’S VIDEO:
Monday – Salmon Traybake:
Salmon
Lemon Juice & Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper
Mixed veggies (Aubergine, courgette, onion, garlic & peppers)
Rice
Tuesday – Chicken Curry:
1 Onion
4 Garlic Cloves
2 Peppers
Chicken Thighs
Curry paste – (1tblspn garam masala, 1tsp cumin, 1 tsp ginger, 1tsp paprika)
200 ml Veggie or chicken stock
1 box passata
250g yogurt
Wednesday – Pesto pasta and beans on toast!!!!!! Easy cheat dinner!!!
Thursday – Pasta sauce (double or triple up if you can):
400ml Veggie Stock
2 Peppers
1 Onion
4 Garlic
1 tin chopped tomatoes or 1 box passata
Friday – Spag Bol:
Left over tomato mix from pasta sauce
500g Beef Mince
1 tin kidney beans
1 Coleman’s chilly mix
3 tblspn Lea & Perrins
3 tblspn Soy Sauce
