1. Include cooling foods in your diet. Start your day with coconut water, Ashgourd juice or green juice. This will give you the right nutrients and leave you feeling energetic yet calm.

2. Eat wholesome and water-rich foods. Ensure you eat a lot of vegetables and fruits to keep the cool and to allow the detoxification process.

3. Try and reflect upon conversations and issues instead of giving an immediate reaction. During conflicts, take space and spend time time alone. Only once you have clarity, share your feelings assertively yet kindly.

4. The content we consume has a deep impact on our minds. So watch light comedy or uplifting documentaries instead of watching horror or action shows.

5. Practice yogasanas and meditation regularly. When you are on your mat, it’s a beautiful opportunity to spend time with yourself and release useless emotions. Yoga brings immense clarity and peace of mind.
