INGREDIENTS:

1 Cup Whole Wheat Flour
1 Cup Old-fashioned rolled oats
1 1/2 Tsp Baking powder
1 Tsp Baking soda
4 Large ripe banana
2 Tsp Vanilla extract
1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
2 Medium Eggs
1/2 Cup Raw honey
1 Cup Dark chocolate chips
Pinch of salt

METHOD:

Preheat oven to 350F (176C) degrees. Spray a loaf pan with baking spray or butter. In a medium bowl mix dry ingredients and set aside. In a large bowl mix wet ingredients until combined. Combine the dry into the wet, 1/3 at a time. Add in the chocolate chips. Pour into a loaf pan. Bake for 55 mins or until a toothpick comes out clean. Slice into thick slices and serve.
