Ingredients
4-5 black pepper
3 green cardamom
1/2 inch cinnamon
3 cloves
1 tsp fennel seeds
1/2 inch ginger
1/2 cup water
1 tbsp tea
1-2 tbsp sugar
2 cup milk
5-6 saffron strands
