Sweet potato
The classic dieting food
Low calorie
Great on it’s on, but I feel like there’s not a lot of creative things you can make with it… at least for me anyways
Rock melon
Something I slept on for aaaaages
I didn’t realise this was lower calorie than watermelon and it tastes better too imo
I downed rock melon even when I wasn’t in prep, and now after finding out they’re so low calorie, I can have even more of them 😈
Quick tip: the ‘Australian Food Nutritional Database’ is probably one of the most accurate food libraries there is. If you’re unsure of the nutritional information of certain food items, go look it up on there!
Kangaroo
A little bit more expensive but some cuts of these are leaner than chicken breast
Super gamy but I personally like the taste

They probably stock the leanest sausages in the market (at least from what I’ve found anyways)

Milling is actually lower calorie than watermelon if you have one kilograms worth of rockmelon it’s only 240 calories and I guarantee you’ll be full kangaroo this may be pretty hard for people outside of Australia but this is a pretty good chicken breast alternative it’s extremely low fat and high in
Protein and you get different types of cuts to choose from I personally like making sausage sizzles and I bet you some of you don’t even know what that is
