Potatoes chicken breast in this container whole eggs olive oil and breadcrumbs look I figured rather than watching me binge on fast food for a day or do some sort of disgusting mukbang this would be much more educational and beneficial for you if you’ve been struggling to lose weight then you have

If you do that and use the cheese and the Caesar dressing or whatever dressing this specifically has usually these salad kits it’s 44 G of fat for an entire bag I mean you could literally go to Five Guys and have a cheeseburger and be more healthier or less calories than
This freaking salad kit so I’m going to go ahead and just use the contents of this but I’m not going to use this stuff like this is where people go wrong this stuff this is where all the fat is avoid this okay now we’re going to gently throw in some mushrooms really love
Mushrooms with kale and this also has a little bit of like brussel sprouts some of these red cabbage really really good stuff here bam look at that guys after you put in those mushrooms go ahead and put some light balsamic vinegret really really good stuff make sure you’re
Getting light of every kind of dressing you get and balsic works so well with this kale mix go ahead and put this on top of that kale cabbage sloth and then here’s the trick little bit of lime juice I know it’s weird most people would go for a lemon but I like lime
With kale it just gives it more of a kick I feel like it just like works better and of course you can’t go wrong with some salt and Pepper okay now you’re just going to mix this all together woo look at that it already smells so good very earthy very healthy very green and it’s low calorie like this entire Bowl probably only has around like 150 calories at most and most of it is coming from the dressing
But look at that going be very very healthy very filling lots of volume and we’re specifically just eating a salad with the salmon because salmon already has high fats so you want to combine like the fats with lower carbs you don’t want to have high carbs and high fats
