1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp cinnamon powder
4 free range eggs or any eggs of your choice
1-2 ripe banana
2 Tbsp olive oil
1 Tbsp maple syrup
Baked for 40-45 minutes 180 degrees celsius or gas mark 5

Recipe is three G 300 G of peacon nuts I’m going to tell you all the recipe here you’re just going to watch the video and follow it because it’s very easy is very easy to follow so as I said 300 G of peacon nut half teaspoon cream of tart

Half teaspoon baking soda 1 tablespoon no one teaspoon sorry of cinnamon four Freer range eggs one LOD RP banana I use two you can use two or you can use one depending on the amount of people you’re going to be serving this for uh 2 tbsp of light olive oil and 1

Tbspoon maple syrup now you’re going to if you have a blender or if you have a mixer use either one you’re going to mix the the peon nuts you’re going to blend the peon nuts sorry blend the peon nuts until it’s soft until smooth then you’re going to add all your dry ingredients

And your dry ingredients is the cream of tart the baking soda and the cinnamon and you’re going to mix all of that together combining all together then after you will blend your wet ingredients which is the banana the olive oil and the maple syrup and the four free range eggs you’re

Going to blend that all together when that is combined you’re just going to add it to the dry ingredients and you’re just going to mix it and add it to your baking tray or your bread pan whichever baking thing you have and you’re going

To put it in your oven for 40 to 45 minutes depending on your type of oven you have if you have a quick oven probably less than that and then the temperature is 180 that is gas mark five yes gas mark five or four I think

Around that range cuz you want it to take you know you don’t want to let it burn you want it slow baking okay and that’s basically it very very easy very very easy and leave it to cool and you could have it with your eggs you can have it with your avocado your
