Hi friends 👋 today in this video we will see the healthy recipe especially Thuvaiyal.
Puthina thuvaiyal good food for especially summer time.

let’s start

Ingredients are
Mint – 1 bunch
Coriander leaves – 1 handfull

Grated coconut – 2 chips
Ginger- 1/2 inch
Red chilli -2
Gingelly oil -2 tbsp
Tamarind – star gooseberry size
salt – required amount

Seasoning ingredients are
mustard seeds
urad dal
curry leaves

Let’s start to cook
First clean all the leaves add oil to heat in a pan.
Add all ginger , red chilli & all leaves – saute well.
Add grated coconut- saute .
Allow to cool – transfer to mixie jar.- add required amount of salt & tamarind.
Grind & transfer to a bowl.
Add oil to season – add all seasoning ingredients to season & pour into thuvaiyal.
Puthina thuvaiyal is ready 👍.
