join me a meal prep for a week of high
protein breakfast lunch and dinner let’s
go starting with lunch mini meatloaves
spraying my containers first with olive
oil so the meatloaf doesn’t stick in the
oven and then I’ll add in my meatloaf
mixture I’m roasting potatoes for the
side to my meatloaf and also roasting
some potatoes for breakfast I’ll finish
with a spray of olive oil salt and
pepper and into the oven they go and for
dinner Korean inspired Beef Bowl gold
with fried rice and kimchi to make it go
a little further I add white rice as
well I did two packages of this and I
also added my own marinated beef rice
mixture goes down first then some stir
Fred veggies and also topping with that
extra beef I added meat lovs are out of
the oven and the potatoes are getting
kale onions and meatloaf some hot sauce
we on a breakfast draw scrambled eggs
with kale overnight oats with frozen
mango and coconut my favorite combo I
also made some chia pudding so I’m
putting that on top plus a little bit of
extra water and we’re all done now this
