INGREDIENTS
1/8 cup chia seeds
1/8 shredded coconut
1/2-1 scoop vanilla protein powder
.5 cup blended low fat cottage cheese
Squeeze of lemon to taste
1/8 cup coconut water (or milk)
100ml milk of choice (I used flaxseed)
(I also added some liquid stevia for a little extra sweetness)
1/3 cup blueberries (optional)

DIRECTIONS
•Mix your dry ingredients in a container before adding in your wet and mixing well.
•Let sit for a few hours or overnight. Top with blueberries if desired and enjoy!

Total calories for one: 297
Protein: 30g
