Best BREAKFAST Combo: Oats Dosa and Mamidiakaya Nuvvula Pachadi

Mango Chutney recipe:
1. Peal and chop raw mango
2. Roast Nuuvulu ( TIL / Sesame seeds) for
2min.
3. Add green chillies and roast for another
2min.
4. Now, cool them and add to grinder.
5. Add chopped mango and grind once.
6. Add salt and water and grind till nice
consistency.

Oats Dosa Recipe:
1. Soak oats for 20min.
2. Drain water after 20min.
3. Now, take a grinder and add 1tsp Cumin seeds + 1/2 chopped onion + chopped ginger and grind to paste.
4. Now add soaked oats + 2tsp Sooji (upma Ravva) + salt to taste to this grinds and grind it to smooth.
5. Add water to make this dosa batter to make thin dosas.
6. Heat the pan and enjoy Oats Dosa.
