coming at you with another balanced
lunch idea so I’ve got one Greek yogurt
Bowl made with lowfat Greek yogurt a
small portion of low sugar granola a
small banana and some berries and on the
side I’ve got a pre-portioned avocado
cup for dipping with my mini cucumber
and a light mozzarella string cheese I
love this idea because it’s so easy to
throw together when I’m busy it’s a
great combination of protein produce and
high fiber carbs and I’ve got a balance
of sweet and savory
