Ingredients:
1 cup flex seeds (soak in water for 2-3 hours)
1/2 cup sesame seeds
1/2 cup black sesame seeds
1/2 cup pumpkin seeds
1/2 cup sunflower seeds
1/2 cup or as per your choice maple syrup
1/2 tsp salt
Mix all these ingredients and spread on parchment paper, bake it for 45 mins but keep an eye as every oven is different. Once it is cool down they it will turn in crispy crackers. Enjoy with any dipping or eat just like that 🤗
