hey guys good morning welcome back to my channel if you are new welcome my name is Annie and I’m going to do a what I eaten a day with some different recipes that I like to tweak and make it low calorie so I can get through my weight loss Journey happy so today I’m going to do I guess it’s called crispy Bagel Bites um it’s very easy it’s only three ingredients and it’s kind of like in everything but the bagel but we’re going to do it with a low carb wrap and some whipped cream cheese and then my bagel seasoning so let me get this put together and I’ll show you guys how I throw all this together and it’s fast and easy okay guys so I’ve got one of my um carb or low carb uh shells here and so it basically I’m just going to take two tablespoons of the uh whipped cream cheese which is only 50 calories and I’m going to spread that out on the um tortilla shell and then basically you just evenly spread this and then you take your um Bagel seasoning which I get mine I got mine from Trader Jo but I see it everywhere now cuz I bought three and they last for years so that’s what I use and just sprinkle this really good on your uh shell here and then what you do is you just roll it up and I’m going to throw mine in the air fryer with a little olive oil spray and then um just to crisp it up let me give that a spread that out and that’s it okay guys so excuse me just a couple of seconds or minutes in the air fryer and I just cut these into little bite-sized pieces and instead of running to Panera Bread which I love to do I’m going to cut my calories and eat my bagel like this this morning so that will be my fast easy breakfast and I will see you guys at my snack time all right guys so I’m fixing to have my morning snack and I’ve already made um another one of my um low calorie cheesecake so I’ve got one piece here and then I’ve got half a cup of blueberries so I’m just going to pour that on top juices and all you know I like to take mine in the microwave and kind of smoosh it and make my topping so that’s my cheesecake and the blueberries and let’s see [Music] M and see I don’t feel bad eating this because I made it with that Greek yogurt so you got your protein your blueberry is healthy for you so one tasty healthy snack okay guys so I’m not going to be able to eat lunch a little bit later than I thought I was so I’m going to have three cups of my skinny pop to get me through uh for a little little bit longer I’m extra Snacky today so these actually come in handy you know when times get tough so this is what I’m snacking on three cups of this and then we’ll be doing lunch shortly all right guys it’s already lunch time it went by faster than I thought uh I’m going to make an easy lunch um you know again this is Friday I’m trying to just make my day easy so I’m going to do 5 oz of these um let me P this out extra crispy Thin fat fast food fries I’m going to do five of those in the air fryer and then I’m going to do about a half a cup of this no beans uh chili and just make kind of a loaded um fry um now this was supposed to be turkey chili and I grabbed the wrong one by accident so I’m going to only going to use half a cup um because of the calorie count cuz it’s not the turkey and then I’m going to put a little bit of my fat-free um cheese on top again you can make this how you like it so basically all I’m going to do is the fries the chili um the cheese and probably a little bit of ketchup and then that will be my lunch and it is so filling and so delicious and low calorie so other than me grabbing the wrong uh chili can this is going to be perfect but we’re going to adjust it accordingly and move on okay guys so I’ve got my fries from the air fryer and I went ahead and seasoned them with salt and pepper and then I’ve got my half a cup of chili I’ve just heated that up in the microwave and I’m just going to put that on top then I’m going to put about a/4 a cup of the fat free uh cheddar and a tablespoon of ketchup and that is my lunch well guys it is snack time and I’m going to have 2/3 of my halo chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream that’s 2/3 that’s a lot of ice cream and I believe one serving which is 2/3 is 120 calories and you also get protein in this ice cream so winwin so I’m going to go have this for my snack um I will say that my lunch was so delicious so filling and a little heavy because it’s you know chili and fries and stuff so I’m not been Ultra hungry this afternoon so this will be a good um hold over until supper and like I said if you guys hadn’t try these Halo tops they are delicious I love them there’s only a few that I don’t care for but I can’t the only one I don’t really love is the um mint chocolate chip in this I like it in the yaso bar but I like I don’t care for it in the ice cream so all right well let me get this uh snack and uh we’ll see you guys in b in a minute okay guys so we are going to end this video with some supper and let me apologize to you guys if I’ve been less than great today we have a respiratory cold thing in our family right now and I don’t feel great um so I didn’t go to the gym I’m trying to rest and not overexert myself but I am still trying to eat healthy I know in the past when I’ve been sick I just kind of you know kick it to the curve but I’m trying really hard to stay on my calorie count so we’re going to keep on with that but I haven’t been able to get to the gym for the last few days we’re on the um we’re we’re starting to feel better so um having said that I am going to make supper now and I just wanted to update y’all while you’re not seeing me doing anything exercise wise um I’m going to make a crustless kiche for supper and some potatoes that I Cube up um and put them in the air fryer and that will be my supper so I probably am not going to have a dessert tonight because to be honest with you I’ve been really full all day with the foods I’ve been eating so if I get through with supper I think I’m going to call it um but anyway let me show you how I put my kiche together and um let’s get to cooking okay so I have about 3 oz of my spinach from the bag that I had the other day you can use frozen spinach I just didn’t have any so I’ve got 3 oz of this then I’ve got a can of these artichoke hearts that I’m going to chop I chop all this up really good then we’re going to get it over here in my Skillet and kind of um just saute this with a little bit of my olive oil spray okay guys so I have my spinach in my Skillet and I’m going to put some olive oil spray and we’re going to sauté this and kind of get it cooked down some then once I get that cooked down I’m going to add the artichoke um parts that I chopped up and I would say I probably used about a cup of the archu hearts um there’s some pieces on archu heart that I just don’t love they’re a little bit harder so I just cut those off so it ended up being about a cup okay so now that I had this kind of sauté in together I’m going to add some pepper about a teaspoon of pepper teaspoon of salt and a teaspoon of my minced garlic and you’re going to get this mixed in once this is where you want it just kind of sit it back off the uh heat and then we’re going to show you how to put this together and I do have my oven preheated to 350° and you’re going to cook this about 50 minutes once it goes in okay guys so I have my I use this for my cheesecake pie when I cook a pie or something so this is what I’m using tonight I’ve got it sprayed with my Pam so next thing you do is you take your um spinach and your arter choke and you’re going to put this in the pan and you’re just going to evenly spread this out make sure you get a little bit of spinach everywhere and same for the artichoke and then once you do this I have 2 oz of my feta cheese measured in a bowl you’re going to take it and just crumble it and kind of push it around evenly in the dish also this is regular feta I mean if you buy the low fat or the uh light you can’t tell the difference this is all I have right now so I’m going to use it okay so my final thing here is you get your four eggs and just get those mixed up really well and then you add one cup of fat-free milk is what I use uh you can use regular milk and then you’re going to do 1/4 a cup of Parmesan cheese and you just give this a really good mix and this will be what you pour over your uh vegetables let me slide this over okay and I promise guys I have made crustless kiches for I don’t know how long and I do not miss the crust okay so there’s your mixture and then to top it off you add4 of cup of reduced fat mozzarella just to kind of top the top up here and like I said you’re going to put this in the um oven on 350 for about 50 minutes or so okay so there’s my kiche I’m going to get this baked and then I’m going to show you what how just how easy my baked potato well they’re not baked potato Bak uh potato wedge fries so I took about four potatoes and Cubed them and I’m going to do my olive oil spray in here and my salt pepper garlic and get these coated really well give them a good stir and then I’m just going to pop these in the air fryer this is probably whoops this is proba one of my favorites uh that my kids will eat and I go-to homemade version of a roasted potato or a french fry and that’s how easy it is and let the air fryer do all the work oh my gosh guys this smells so good so I have two pieces of my kiche and then my potatoes here with some ketchup and that’s going to be my supper and let me just show you it was very easy to came out beautifully and there’s six slices and um each piece is like 120 something calories so I’m going to have two and then um anyway this is easy to meal prep also so let me go eat supper and I will see you guys shortly well guys I ended up getting in the bed getting comfortable watching my true crime and all my little things I like to watch and I’m done eating for the day so I’m going in uh with less calories than uh what I usually in I let me me just say I usually allow myself 15 to, 1600 calories I I try to focus on, 1500 um but sometimes I’ll do 16 or sometimes I’ll do less it just depends on the day like today I’ve had a full day of eating and I’m satisfied so I don’t feel like I’m missing out so it just kind of varies but that’s where I’m at with that but um so I I ended up eating supper and talking on the phone to some people and I got sidetracked and I was like oh my gosh it’s almost 10:00 so I’m going to call it for the night as far as my eating goes but I appreciate you guys being
