McDonald’s can actually be a great option for weight loss if you know what to get and I know there’s a lot of online at the moment that I’ve got you thinking if you have anything like this that isn’t organic you’re just going to gain £100 and die but on this page it’s all about common sense and having fun whilst losing weight you’re into that drop as a cheeky follow we may as well get the most obvious swap out of the way first instead of a normal Coke get a bloody Diet Coke and instead of a large fries get a medium you never get the full portions anyway dear instead of getting a big off Big Mac or Double Quarter Pounder just get a normal cheeseburger for dessert instead of wasting just under 500 calories for a strawberry milkshake get a mixed berry muffin should you be having macis every day obviously not but it’s absolutely fine on occasion to enjoy yourself especially if you’re making these smart swaps
