Feeding 11 Kids: Healthy & Simple Lunch Box Ideas
We are starting a series in which I will share various videos on Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks created by me and inspired by my children. I hope this series of videos helps you in the kitchen as you craft beautiful meals for your family.
I’m a homeschooling mom, so my days are busy! I try to feed my children healthy and balanced meals throughout the day. Today, Sophia, Cecilia, Alex, and Thomas wanted all this goodness in their lunch boxes. I love saving money on food and knowing what my children are eating.
Making mealtime enjoyable and involving your children in preparing and planning the food can foster a positive relationship with nutritious foods. We are here to lay the foundation for our children’s long-term health and well-being. You got this, mama!
Here is everything we added to the lunch boxes –
Tuna Sandwiches:
🥐 Tuna Salad (Canned Tuna and Mayo)
🥐 Spinach
🥐 Croissant
🥐 Celery
🥐 Cheese, Shredded
🥐 Tomatoes
🥐 Pickles

Thank you so much for being here and spending a piece of your day with me! Your love and support does not go unnoticed!

as a large family and a homeschool mom I’ve mastered the art of balancing budgets healthy food and healthy bellies I don’t like eting out so we pack lunchboxes treats and snacks from home anytime we leave the house I have been studying nutrition for over 20 years and balance is key in our home in all areas especially with food I’m often asked if my kids get treats and the answer is yes today my son Alex wanted the croissants from Costco I know they’re not the healthiest but if you could have seen his smile it was a win for sure today we made up five lunch boxes with tuna salad sandwiches on croissant spinach celery shredded cheese tomatoes pickles pretzels cashews pumpkin seeds carrots coconut rolls and Scout cookies I’ll drop everything we use down below and we will see you in the next video take care
