Buffalo Chicken Burger Recipe

1 Lb Ground Lean Chicken
2 Tbsp of your choice of wing sauce( I chose medium buffalo, I would also suggest switching out the sauce for seasoning just adjust to 1 Tbsp)
1/2 teaspoon of Ranch Seasoning, or more if desired
1/2 teaspoon cornstarch

Toppings
Lettuce
Tomato
Ranch Dressing(Low Calorie)
Carb Zero Hamburger Buns
Part Skim Low Fat Shredded Mozzarella Cheese

Mix ground chicken, buffalo sauce or seasoning, ranch seasoning, and cornstarch into medium bowl. Form into 4 oz patties and grill or cook on griddle until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F- 170 degrees F. Melt Shredded Mozzarella on top and serve on toasted hamburger buns with lettuce, tomato, some extra buffalo sauce, and some low calorie ranch! Enjoy!

oh yeah it feels good to be back out [Music] here what’s up everybody welcome back to another episode it’s your boy jabriel and today we are bring Blackstone and we are doing buffalo chicken burgers I know it’s exciting stuff uh before I get too far ahead if you guys are new make sure you hit that sub notification button for me throw a comment down below share this with your friends and family enjoy all right so this is going to be a fairly simple dish uh nothing too extravagant but hopefully very tasty so uh the first thing is we got to make Our Patties so I have here a pound of ground chicken okay and uh I will put the recipe for this this in the description below for you guys uh but all it’s going to be is whatever favorite buffalo sauce that you want and we’re going to do about two tablespoons and we’ll add some more uh on top but we’re going to do about 2 tbspoon okay and then I’m going to add about a half teaspoon of ranch seasoning okay and then I was trying to figure out kind of a healthier way to do this uh other than breadcrumbs and so you could either use uh what I’m going to use today is some carb free or carb smart buns you could let those dry out or toast them and then crumble them and put them in here so I think the best option is going to be corn starch and I’m going to do a half teaspoon of corn starch for this just to kind of help act as a binder and keep it from falling apart on the black stone but we’re going to go ahead and mix this together okay and then I’m going to form these into 4 oz patties so I should get about four out of this okay and then I am going to season these with just a little bit of black pepper when we go out there and then um the important thing with chicken is you can’t really do medium rare you can’t do medium medium well whatever they got to be done so we need them to be at least 165 possibly even 170 but then we’re going to toast some of our carb smart buns then we’ll throw on some lettuce and tomato and then add some more buffalo sauce and then the best thing that I got so far is just some light ranch uh that’s optional you don’t have to it’s just kind of a bonus if you’re feeling a little adventurous go for it otherwise no big deal if you don’t put it on there but let’s go out to the black stone [Music] [Music] all right so we got our Boyers tear off one of the Buns okay so first thing is uh I got some fresh lettuce straight from the neighbor Garden gry uh going to throw that bad puppy on there throw a few pieces okay and then I want this guy we’re going to throw him on there now I put a little bit of buffalo sauce on there while they were cooking I’m feeling very Buffalo today just a little just a little bit extra just to give it some love okay not a lot just a little bit just just a little bit not a lot okay then we’re going to go in to our Ranch and again this is optional you don’t have to honestly it looks pretty good without it but for the effect and a little bit doesn’t hurt nobody just just a dabble okay and then couple of our sliced one of our sliced tomatoes slap her on there all right and then in there like swimwear and I put a toothpick in there to keep it in place but there we have it a buffalo chicken Burger let’s try it out all right so take toothpick out see if I can’t pick this up oh yeah I don’t even know where to start we’re going to start we’re going to start right here we get some tomato some cheese some burger lettuce all the above cheers M oh my gosh that is way better than I thought it was going to taste all right so the Burger isn’t dry chicken’s kind of a hard thing to to tackle especially chicken burger like ground chicken mixing the buffalo sauce in it is kind of kind of drowned out it’s more of a binder more than anything um it’s still pretty good and I’m glad that I added more to it like on top of it and kind of let it cook in it um but this is and to be honest the ranch is just kind of there I taste more of the cooling and refreshingness of the Tomato than I do the ranch this is uh this is pretty solid that is not bad at all well guys there you have it a buffalo chicken burger made with love uh I hope you guys enjoyed this video and if you did again and you’re new make sure you hit that sub button for me share this with your friends and family throw a comment down below tell me what you guys think and as always peace out and I will see you guys in the next one bye [Music]
