Tasty Bread Ka Nashta Recipe

Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (cut into cubes)
2 tsp gram flour (besan)
Chopped vegetables (onion, cucumber, green chili, capsicum, tomato)
Curry leaves
Moringa leaves
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp garam masala
A pinch of amchur
Red chili flakes
1/2 cup water
Oil for brushing
Mustard seeds (rai)
Method:
Take 4 slices of bread and cut them into cube pieces.
Put the pieces in a bowl.
Add 2 tsp gram flour, chopped vegetables (onion, cucumber, green chili, capsicum, tomato), curry leaves, and moringa leaves.
Add 1/2 tsp salt, 1/4 tsp garam masala, a pinch of amchur, and red chili flakes.
Mix well.
Gradually add 1/2 cup water, a few tablespoons at a time, until everything sticks together but remains dry.
The bread mixture is ready.
Heat a non-stick pan and brush it with oil.
Place the mixture in the center and flatten it into a round shape.
Cook one side until golden brown.
Lift it off the pan, brush the pan with oil again, sprinkle some mustard seeds, and cook the other side of the bread poora on medium heat.
