RECIPE for 1 serving:
1 cup (200g) cottage cheese
2 eggs
seasoning of choice (I used Trader Joe’s 21 Salute Seasoning)
Blend all ingredients in a blender or in a food processor.
Spread the mixture on a baking tray and bake for 20 minutes in the oven at 175°C / 350°F until slightly golden brown. Top with the toppings of your choice and enjoy!.
