Tandoori paneer sandwich | Quick & easy sandwich recipe | Healthy tandoori mayonnaise

Ingredients
Tandoori paneer spread
(Makes 250ml)
30 gms paneer
1/4 cup hung curd
8-10 soaked cashews
2 soaked dry red chillies
Small piece roughly 40 gms red bell pepper
Salt as per taste
1/2 tsp Tandoori masala
1/2 tsp Kashmiri red chili powder
1 tsp Oregano

Tandoori masala
2 tbsp coriander seeds
1.5 tbsp cumin seeds
1 clove
1 mace
1 tsp fenugreek seeds
Small cinnamon stick
1 tsp black peppercorns
3-4 cardamom
Small piece of nutmeg
Dry roast all these ingredients till there is aroma and then add them to a blender jar along with
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp ginger powder
