To Make Crispy Lauki Dosa

Bottle Gourd / Lauki – 1 No.
Raw Rice – 1 Cup
Urad Dal – 1/2 Cup
Fenugreek Seeds – 2 Tsp
Ginger
Green Chilli – 4 Nos
Cumin Seeds – 1 Tsp
Rock Salt – 1 Tsp
Water
Ghee

Method
1. First wash the rice, urad dal and fenugreek seeds and soak
them in water for three hours.
2. After three hours, transfer the soaked rice and urad dal in
the mixer.
3. Add chopped ginger, chopped green chillies, cumin seeds,
Rock salt, bottle guard pieces and grind it smooth by adding
little water.
4. Add little water to the batter if required and mix.
5. Heat the dosa tawa, add a ladle full of batter to the tawa and
spread it evenly, pour little ghee all around.
6. Once the dosa is cooked on one side, flip it to the other
side.
7. Once it is cooked on both the sides, remove it from the
tawa.
8. That's it, very tasty bottle guard dosa is ready to be served
nice and hot, best served with tomato chutney or coconut
chutney.
