But really, this recipe is super simple since it only takes 5 ingredients (plus the lime zest) and can literally all be prepared while your bread is toasting.

INGREDIENTS
•1 cup low fat cottage cheese
•1 scoop vanilla protein powder
•1-2 peaches depending on size
•2+ slices bread of choice
•Drizzle of hot honey
•Zest of one lime
INSTRUCTIONS
•While your bread is toasting, blend the cottage cheese, protein powder and 1/2 a peach until smooth and a little fluffy.
•Spread on your toast, top with sliced peaches, honey, lime zest, and enjoy!
