Ingredients I used:
– 200 to 250g paneer cubes
– oil
– turmeric
– red chilli powder
– salt

For masala paste
– onions, cubed
– 3 green chillies
– 1 inch ginger
– 5 to 7 garlic cloves
– 1 bunch of coriander leaves
– 1 bunch of spinach leaves

For curry:
– 1 tsp jeera
– 2 cloves
– 2 to 3 cardamom
– 1/2 inch cinnamon
– 2 bayleaves
– 1 red chilli
– 1 cup yogurt + salt + turmeric + red chilli powder + 1 tsp coriander powder + 1/2 tsp cumin power + 1/4 tsp garam masala
– Kasuri methi
